ScienceWorks Hands On MuseumAt this interactive science center located in the southern Oregon town of Ashland (also known for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival), kids can play their way through some 80 interactive exhibits. They're encouraged to use pulley power to levitate themselves, use their energy from pedaling a bike to make an electric train round the tracks, draw in 3-D and so much more. Good for ages 2 through 12. Schneider Museum of Art at Southern Oregon University Located at the corner of Siskiyou and Indiana on the southern end of the Southern Oregon University campus, the Schneider Museum of Art is part of the Center for Visual Arts. Rogue Valley Symphony While its official home is on the Southern Oregon University campus, the RVSO performs at multiple local venues throughout the year.
