Restaurants / Dining

Rockport is known for its delicious seafood, fresh from the ocean. Our restaurants offer a variety of cuisines to satisfy any appetite, complemented by breathtaking water views.

In 1856, the "Hatchet Gang Raid" led by spinster seamstress Hannah Jumper drove the "demon rum" out of town. As a result, Rockport was dry until April, 2005, when Rockport residents voted to end this 149 year "tradition". Now several Rockport restaurants are licensed to serve alcoholic beverages with meals. The Town of Rockport requires that, "alcoholic beverages only be ordered in conjunction with the consumption of a meal." A meal consists of an entree or multiple servings of other dishes.
