Your two day Nova Scotia Lobster Festival Package begins with a lobster cooking class in the DesBarres Manor kitchen with special tips and recipes from Executive Chef Shaun Zwarun. Your cooking class will be followed by a three course seafood dinner in the dining room. Your second day begins with a gourmet breakfast in the dining room, followed by a trip to the village wharf with the Chef to meet the lobster boat where you will select a lobster for your evening dinner. That night you will enjoy a traditional Maritime lobster dinner.
