The breakfast room greets you with sunshine and original recipe breakfasts. It is enclosed so that you can enjoy the ocean view in comfort. After enjoying a delightful original recipe breakfast, take a stroll on the white sandy shores of St. Augustine Beach, or just relax and absorb the breathtaking views. We have beach equipment for our guests, including boogie boards, chairs and towels.

In the 1920's when this house was built, St. Augustine Beach was a social gathering place. You can enjoy the beach scene from the comfort and fine furnishings of this unique oceanfront bed and breakfast, not to mention the fabulous hospitality of your hostess.

You will find beautiful pinewood floors through out the whole house and the living room is decorated with oriental rugs, antique furniture and a fine collection of crystal and china. The living area has a antique carved wood mantel around the fireplace and beautiful antique furniture, including Victorian Courting Chairs.

This magnificent oceanfront home was built in the early 1920's by Louise Wise Lewis Frances, the niece and heir to the Henry Flagler fortune. Now, it is the #1 oceanfront bed and breakfast owned and operated by Innkeeper Patricia B. Steder.

The oceanfront bed and breakfast features the warm ambiance of a historic home, furnished with beautiful antiques, brimming with the warm hospitality of the Innkeeper and offering all the modern conveniences. Los Vientos: This beachfront room with five windows brings the sights and sounds of the ocean directly into your room; offers you the comfort of a king size bed, a sitting area, antique furnishings and a tiled bath with a two person shower.

Molly's Yellow Room: Named after only daughter Molly, the room is decorated in soft yellows and superb antiques including a queen size bed. The ambiance extends into the private bath, which features an oversized tub along with shower.
