Bed and Breakfast Description

The Lovett Inn is located on a tree-lined boulevard in the Montrose-Museum District. The gracious colonial style home was built in 1923 by former Houston Mayor and Federal Judge Joseph C. Hutcheson.

We offer all of the amenities of a first-class hotel, with the charm and ambience of a fine historic home.

The rooms have been comfortably decorated with modern amenities as in-room phones, televisions, irons and private bathrooms. Rooms in the main house overlook the inn's landscaped grounds, pool, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Meeting rooms, fax/copy machine, wireless Internet access, and a shared laptop computer are available to accommodate the business traveler.

A complimentary continental breakfast is available every morning starting at 6:00 am.

Lovett Room #4: A beautiful room with a large balcony that overlooks the pool and garden gazebo. Furnished with a king four poster bed, has a separate sitting room with that overlooks the pool and downtown Houston.
