Bed and Breakfast Description

Morrill Mansion is an urban bed and breakfast located in Portland's historic Westend District. Just a 10-minute walk to Portland's Arts District and a 20 or so minute walk to Portland's Old Port area, the Italianate-style mansion offers 7 guest rooms, all with private baths, TV with DVD players, AC, queen beds, CD players, free WiFi/data ports for Internet connection, mini-fridges stocked with complimentary Poland Spring water, and chocolates.

Each guest room is uniquely decorated, with many guests returning again to enjoy each and every one of them! We offer a ground-floor guest breakfast room where a breakfast buffet is served daily from 8-10 am, as well as a second-floor guest gathering room for enjoying a fresh cup of coffee and one of our daily fresh-baked afternoon treats. Two ice machines are available when Maine's summer weather heats up, and ceiling fans and air conditioning provide cooling comfort for every guest.

Most Popular Rooms:

Our most popular room is our second-floor Morrill Suite, a beautiful room done in burgandy and cream, with a 4-poster queen bed and separate sitting room with a full-size sleeper sofa. Cable TV with DVD player, AC, CD player and private bath with spa tub.

Our junior suite, the Bramhall Room located on the third floor, really allows guests to stretch out and enjoy the space. With a queen bed and queen-size sleeper sofa, this room can accommodate up to four. Cable TV with DVD player, AC,CD, and private bath.
