Oakland Cottage a Bed & Breakfast is an Arts & Crafts style historic home, circa 1910. This 5,000 square ft "cottage" has been naturally broken into private & roomy suites. The open common areas & porches create a warm welcoming & spacious feel.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Our common areas include a front porch, back deck, and guest-use kitchen. Suites are wonderful for couples on a romantic holiday and for families with children. Each morning in the open dining area, there is a complimentary full breakfast. There are also convenient & complimentary on-sight laundry facilities, high speed wireless internet access, books, games, DVD collection & DVD player, cable TV in every suite, gas fireplace in living room, ample free parking, and some suites have a mini-fridge, microwave, and private deck. In addition, with a capacity for 20 overnight guest, Oakland Cottage s wonderful to reserve in its entirety for that special reunion or small grouping.

Conveniently located a short one and a half miles from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate, just two mile from downtown Asheville's Pack Square, and easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway, our location just can't be beat!

Reservation Notes:

For B&B rooms or Suites, 1 nights room rate is required to hold the room and may be refunded up until 7 prior to the check-in date, minus a $25 booking fee; within 7 days of the check-in date, full payment is due and no longer refundable. Because of our small size, cancellations effect us greatly; we therefore adhere strictly to our cancellation policies. Reservations including either a Friday or Saturday night require a 2 night minimum stay. Minimum stay requirements may be waived on short notice (within 7 days of check-in date). Look for extra savings on Monday through Wednesday nights (mid-week). Add 10.75% tax to all totals.
