Rooms are situated in several buildings spread out on an acre of grounds, giving the property a very tranquil, spacious feel. Garden paths & tropical foliage separate buildings & quiet resting spots. A large heated pool is surrounded by palm trees with plenty of deck space for comfortable chaise lounges. Continental breakfast is served poolside each morning. Convenient & free parking is available on-site.

A former estate property, the original Robert Maloney home was constructed in 1854. The Maloney House is one of the oldest buildings in Key West & is included in the National Historic Register. An award-winning renovation was completed on all the buildings in 1999. The Maloney House now contains several deluxe king rooms. Other structures within the complex, added at later dates, include the Reception Building, several guest cottages, & the pool cabana. All the accommodations offer a quiet retreat from the energy of Duval Street while keeping you near all of the action.

Accommodations are tailored to couples & most rooms provide either a queen-size or king-size bed. Guestroom amenities include a private bath w/shower, cable TV, telephone w/data port, air-conditioning & heat with individual control, hairdryer, iron, & security safes. Superior & Deluxe rooms provide mini-refrigerators & coffeemakers. Most rooms now have flat screen LCD TVs. High-speed wireless Internet available in pool area.
