This 3-story Queen Anne Victorian has stained-glass windows and ornate woodwork. It is located 3 blocks from the Savannah River and Augusta's Riverwalk. The inn overlooks historic Greene Street with its azalea-lined island in the middle. The inn is shaded by a beautiful Oak and a towering Sycamore tree.

Downtown restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Guests enjoy a complimentary cooked breakfast at one of the downtown restaurants nearby.

Several movie channels are available in the living room. Some rooms have VCRs and the Inn has a selection of videos, which are available for guests.
