A brand new Pennsylvania Bed & Breakfast in Washington County PA welcomes you! After years of preparation and planning, Grammy Rose's has opened it's doors and is prepared to give you the combination of warm hospitality, relaxing amenities, and all the comforts of home.
Rose is a florist and wonderful grandmother - hence, the name Grammy Rose's - who loves her family and pretty things. Tim is an tavern owner and entrepreneur who loves Rose. Together they have meticulously crafted a unique lodging experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The guestrooms, named for their four granddaughters, have been lovingly appointed by Rose herself with hand-picked furnishings, antiques, and luxurious linens.
Washington County Pennsylvania is located 30 miles Southwest of downtown Pittsburgh just blocks from the campus of Washington and Jefferson College and minutes from the new Meadows Racetrack and Casino. Washington County is home to many fun and exciting attractions including Washington Wild Things Minor League Baseball, Bradford House, Nemacolin Castle, LeMoyne House and much more.

Area Attractions and Activities:
There's plenty to do year-round in Washington PA.
The Meadows Racetrack and Casino: Since the track opened in the 1960s, this outstanding harness facility has been a popular part of Pittsburgh's professional sports scene. It's now also a brand new casino facility. Enjoy the excitement of live harness racing and wagering nightly.
The Bradford House: This landmark 18th century home is available for touring. David Bradford gained national attention through his activities in the Whiskey Rebellion.
Greene County Historical Society Museum: Since its incorporation in 1925, the Greene County Historical Society has collected, preserved and interpreted the history of Greene County, PA.
LeMoyne House: Pennsylvania's first National Historic Landmark of the Underground Railroad. Only a few other such sites exist in the United States.
Nemacolin Castle: This 1850's historic structure is located in Brownsville PA. Maintained by the Brownsville Historical Society, and open to the public.
