Our unique floating home bed and breakfast is located at the mouth of the Fraser River in an historically rich area of Ladner known as Canoe Pass. Enjoy the experience of spending a night on a floating home with an uninterrupted view of the river.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Romantic moonlight on the water, starry nights, clouds of every colour, and nature as can only be seen on the mouth of an estuary. This bed and breakfast is truly a unique experience.

Both suites in our floating home bed and breakfast are large, and have sitting areas, queen size beds with cozy duvets, gas fireplaces, televisions and private ensuites. Both rooms are individually decorated with a Northwest Coast flair.

From both suites, it is possible to watch the sun setting over the Fraser River and, as this is a floating bed and breakfast, there are many decks and dock areas to enjoy.

Our barbeque is located on the wharf and we also have a firepit for roasting weiners and marshmallows and we have a hot tub on the deck for your enjoyment. In the evening its nice to just relax in the hot tub or sit around the fire while looking out on the water.

While visiting Ladner there is a lot to do such as biking, hiking, bird watching (the Reifel Bird Sanctuary is just across the Westham Island Bridge from our B&B), kayaking,canoeing, eco tourism, sport fishing, golfing, beaches and parks.
