Bed and Breakfast Description

Your bedroom will be decorated with period pieces and reproductions, accented by warm quilts, comfortable pillows and other special touches. Gas logs are available in some rooms. Suites feature second level loft, fireplace, king bed and whirlpool tubs. Additional sleeping accommodations in suites allow up to five guests, ideal for families. Wireless Internet access. Beautiful gardens in season.

A short walk to Camden's beautiful harbor and downtown with all they have to offer. Conveniently located in Camden's midcoast. Come and enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, sailing, antiquing, fine restaurants and galleries. Home to many beautiful and historic windjammers. Climb or drive to the top of Mount Battie for an incredible view of the area.

From 8:00 until 9:30 each morning, you'll be served a full, hearty breakfast in the dining room. The menu changes daily, but it always features inn specialties like crepes Chantilly, breakfast casserole, stuffed French toast and spiced apples.

The inn is open year round. Summers are ideal here on the coast, and in autumn, the foliage is stunning.

In the wintertime, a restorative peacefulness settles over the village, and in the spring, our garden announces the arrival of the season with the blossoming of beautiful flowers.

Whatever season you prefer, there are many things to do. The windjammers are an excellent way to spend a summer afternoon. In winter, there is the Camden Snowbowl with fun for everybody. Hiking and biking throughout this scenic area are great almost all year, and the views are wonderful.

All seasons are great for shopping in the unique shops that abound in the area, especially the crafts and antiques. Of course, there is nothing as rewarding as finding that perfect treasure, then treating yourself to a delicious meal at one of the superb restaurants that are open year round in the Camden Area.

If you prefer just to relax, come to Camden. Stroll along the harbor, then enjoy a great night's rest!

Hannah's Room: While of modern construction to accommodate wheelchairs, the room was designed to fit the style of the older portion of the house. This large room also easily accommodates up to three people with a queen and a twin bed.
