 A nature lover’s paradise, the region is home to deer, javelina, bear, mountain lion, coatimundi, jackrabbits, and more than 300 different species of birds. Morning doves congregate by the hundreds in the horse pastures of the adjacent Whisper’s Animal Sanctuary, and create quite a sight upon simultaneous take-offs for flight. Whisper's Ranch is an ecologically sensitive B&B. The large and spacious Inn is situated to maximize natural radiant solar heating during the mild winter season, as well as natural insulation that minimizes external heating. We produce all of our drinking water from pristine mountain sources, and recycle the water from showers, sinks and the washing machine as “grey water” used on plants and trees on the property. Cleaning products are environmentally friendly. Detergents, soaps and shampoos are chosen to accommodate visitors with chemical sensitivities. Area Attractions and Activities: We offer a beautiful natural setting, comfortable lodging accommodations, gracious hospitality and truly fine food to help you feel rested and revitalized amid the peaceful setting of our mountain oasis. Surrounded by the Coronado National Forest. Located on scenic Arizona State Hwy 83, we are easily accessible on paved roads yet exquisitely part of the pristine National Forest environment that makes a stay at Whispers Ranch B&B a special and memorable experience. A short 25 ft walk from the back door and you're in the Forest, close to paths for hiking and exploring.
