Bed and Breakfast Description

The most important part of where you stay while away from home is how you feel, during and afterward. Everything about College Town Inn, from the hand-selected soaps and comfortably supportive mattresses to the complete breakfasts, is the result of your hosts' many years of experience. Whether traveling on business, family get-together, or to see the historical sights of the area, you will find that your every need is catered to.
Each room has a full, private bathroom, in-room direct dial telephones with voicemail, private internal and external entry, with courtyard or balcony, and cable TV. All rooms have king or queen beds as standard and can be configured to accommodate families.
Our rates include a full breakfast - vegetarians fully catered for as well. A discount will be given if you do not wish to have breakfast.
There are indoor and outdoor common areas where you can meet family or associates. High speed internet, fax, and office space are available for the business traveler.
Our dining and conference rooms can accommodate your meeting or function of 35-40 guests. Excellent for business meetings, reunions, wedding parties, birthdays, or gathering of friends. Lancaster is a New England town with a rich history. Settled in 1630 - just ten years after the arrival of the Pilgrim Fathers - it is the birthplace of the botanist Luther Burbank. On the town common stands Christ Church, the beautiful creation of the early American architect, Charles Bulfinch. You will find the wide, tree shaded Main Street lined with stately old homes, beyond which lie farms and orchards.
College Town Inn is an excellent base from which to explore the are area. Nearby you will find Shaker villages, Fruitlands Museum, fabulous golfing, walking, skiing, biking, and canoeing, Twin Springs Golf Club, Walden Pond and Henry David Thoreau, Essential Therapies day spa, The Nashoba Winery, and the Tower Hill Botanic Garden, and more!
