 The Lebanon Schoolhouse was built in 1907 in the Greek Revival Architectural style. Today, it has been restored and brought to life again as a cozy B&B. While the historic character of our facility has been preserved, you will find every amenity at your fingertips. We hope to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. We have explored the surrounding areas extensively, and are happy to share our knowledge of special places in addition to our travel library. We want you to explore and enjoy all that the Four Corners region has to offer. The B&B guest rooms are appointed with top of line pillow-top mattresses and Egyptian cotton linens. Our guests share a large, comfortable common area featuring a fireplace and kitchen for guest use. Two porches provide ideal views of the spectacular sunrises and sunsets over the mountain ranges and plateaus. We’ll provide you with a hearty gourmet breakfast. If you are planning a longer stay, you may keep and prepare food in the common room kitchen for late-day meals and snacks. Beverages and snacks will be available each afternoon. We are licensed to serve beer and wine and have a nice selection of both. Area Attractions and Activities: Mesa Verde National Park, Hovenweep National Monument, Ute Mountain Tribal Park, Crow Canyon, Anasazi Heritage Center, Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, Telluride, Four Corners Monument, San Juan National Forest. Canyon of the Ancients of the National Monument, Chaco Canyon, Monument Valley, Aztec Ruins National Monument, Canyon de Chelley National Monument, Canyonlands National Park, Arches National Park, Ute Mountain Casino. Services: Weddings, retreats, large common areas, TVs, massage, guest kitchen, laundry available, Internet Most Popular Rooms: Social Study: Vaulted ceilings and a 5-pc antique quarter-sawn oak bedroom suite combine historic character and modern design. The private balcony features spectacular views of the LaPlata Mtns, Mesa Verde Plateau and vivid sunsets in the West. Teachery: Imagine this room 80 years ago, when the teacher was required to live here. She would appreciate the rich wallpaper, the luxurious linens, the special antique sink/commode/mirror combo, the private deck and the modern bath. You can too!
