Bed and Breakfast Description

Three of our guest rooms have queen beds. The third has a queen bed and an extra- long twin. All of our beds feature fine linens - guaranteed to ensure a blissful night's sleep after your day of river adventures. All rooms have a newly renovated private bathroom with shower. For your weekend get-away, river outing or adventure with family or friends the Rogue Glen Lodge is your riverside bed and breakfast. Children (with thoughtful parents) are always welcome!

Eagles and beaver and bears - Oh, my! These are just a few of the wild creatures you may see while viewing the river from our 35 foot picture-windows in the living/dining room area. Or, choose a seat on the lawn or deck and watch the river go by.

You'll enjoy a hearty family-style breakfast including baked goodies warm from our oven, local-organic eggs, our fresh fruit is from local, organic growers (whenever possible). Our old-fashioned oatmeal is the best! Let us know your dietary needs and we'll do our best to make you feel at home.

Fishing and rapids and rafting - Oh, yes! The Rogue is one of the nation's premier white-water rafting rivers. The Rogue Glen is a great place to stay before or after your down-river Wild and Scenic raft trip. Or walk down to the river's edge and start a day float. Great Salmon and Steelhead Trout fishing are available from the bank of the river, which is our front yard. We can assist you with finding a rafting or fishing guide who will cater to your preferences and needs.

Area Attractions and Activities:

The Rogue Glen makes a great central location for seeing Southern Oregon's attractions. Take a day trip to the Oregon Caves, Crater Lake, Wildlife Safari, Seven Feathers Casino or the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Wildlife Images is our renowned animal rehabilitation center where you can take a docent led tour. Grants Pass is known for its great antique shops and the Hellgate Jet Boat rides.

Birdwatching doesn't get much better than from our riverside property. Ospres dive for fish, Bald Eagles soar down river, Bullock's Orioles and Western Tanagers harvest our cherry trees and songbirds, woodpeckers, ducks, geese and herons are breathtaking.

Our dark night sky is filled with a million stars - perfect for viewing planets, constellations, nebula and all the wonders of the heavens. And when the moon is full a late evening float down the Rogue is truly romantic.
