Breakfast served in plant-filled sunroom. The menu varies from day to day, and often includes a special Bavarian-style breakfast. A typical breakfast might include fresh quiche, waffles, fresh fruit (in season), homemade baked goods, and fresh ground coffee.

Oktoberfest, hiking (near Appalachian Trail), waterfalls, river tubing & rafting, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, fishing, mountain biking. Miniature golf and amusement park. Special events and activities in Unicoi State Park.
