The theme is romance, and each of the fifteen guest rooms is furnished with period antiques, some with fireplaces, double Jacuzzis and magnificent bay views.

Located on the waterfront of St. Augustine - the house has porches and courtyards and magnificent views. Matanzas Bay has sailboats, shorebirds, the lighthouse, and views of the east coast of the Florida's Intracoastal Waterway from sunrise to sunset. Many times, there are dolphin and manatee at play. Enjoy the sea breezes on the wicker verandas with a complementary glass of wine as horse-drawn carriages clip-clop along the waterfront and sail boats cruise the Matanzas Bay.
