Honeysuckle Hill B&B
Barnstable, Massachusetts.
On National Register, c.1810, this enchanting Queen Anne Inn, surrounded by English Gardens, offers comfortably elegant rooms & four course gourmet breakfasts, prepared and served by the gracious & delightfully eccentric British Innkeeper.
Bed and Breakfast Description

On the edge of the small village of West Barnstable, the Honeysuckle Hill B&B has been welcoming guests for generations. Built in the Queen Anne style by the Fish and Goodspeed families, the Inn is surrounded by lush, green lawns and colorful gardens. Listed on the National Historic Register, circa 1810, this enchanting seaside inn offers comfortably elegant rooms and graciously served breakfasts.
Like no other village on the Cape, West Barnstable is defined by its history and geography — designated as one of the ten outstanding scenic byways in America, Rt. 6A gracefully winds its way along the northern edge of the Cape. Stately elms and maples line the route forming, in spring and summer, a lush canopy over this former stagecoach path. In the fall, the canopy changes to a blaze of harvest colors. Less than two miles from the Inn, is Sandy Neck, a classic barrier beach that stretches for six miles along Cape Cod Bay. And the Neck's adjoining conservation area is a scenic spot to hike, fish and birdwatch.
Rooms furnished in antiques and white wicker with featherbeds, Battenburg lace and toile. The private baths are outfitted in marble and brass and feature big, fluffy towels, English soaps and toiletries, hairdryers and terrycloth robes. All in all, the Honeysuckle Hill B&B and the surrounding village of West Barnstable retain the genteel country charm of yesteryear.
