A-1 Yankovich Inn B&B, "your home away from home," is located in the hills above the University of Alaska, next to The Large Animal Research Farm. Minutes from downtown Fairbanks, airport, or train station.

Bed and Breakfast Description

A-1 Yankovich Inn B&B is located on the top of a hill, on a two-acre estate, which abounds in wildlife and borders the musk ox farm. It is not unusual to find a moose strolling through the grounds browsing on willows.

Check-in time is 4 to 9pm, although special accommodations can be made for early or late arrivals. Pick up at train or plane can be arranged. Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Cancellation Policy: Must notify us 48 hours prior to first day of reservation for deposit to be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. Later than 48 hours deposit will be forfeited.

Come stay with us summer or winter. We're open year-round! Enjoy the sunshine in the summer and beautiful aurora viewing in the winter.

Area Attractions and Activities:

The musk ox and reindeer farm is located next door to us. Fairbanks Golf and Country Club is close by. Alaskaland theme park is a wonderful attraction for locals as well as tourists. Chena Hot Springs Resort is just 55 easy miles north of Fairbanks.

The University of Alaska campus hosts a museum with many artifacts and displays. The sternwheeler Riverboat Discovery will take you on a 4-hour journey up the Tanana River with a stop-over at a local fish camp. Also the Tanana Chief will take on a trip down the river and you can dine on Prime Rib.

We do have a rollaway as well for that extra person.
