Captain Wohlt Inn
Hermann, Missouri.
The Captain Wohlt Inn, Hermann's Premier Historic Inn, is located in the heart of Hermann's beautiful Historic National Register District, offers old fashioned charm & comfort, as well as modern convenience.
Bed and Breakfast Description

The Captain Wohlt Inn is the perfect place for everything from a romantic getaway to a family get-together. With four wonderful buildings nestled in the heart of Hermann's historic district and blooming with beauty, it is the ideal place for you to settle in for a weekend alone, or meet family and friends for a memorable time together.
Our four suites and eight rooms, each with its own bath, are decorated with antiques and reproductions to take your back in time, while providing modern comforts and amenities. Socialize with others in our common dining room, available evenings for a snack, game, or cup of tea, the Neighbor's great room, or on a beautiful brick patio. If you prefer, enjoy the deck or a charming garden area of your suite alone.
Bask in the whirlpool of the Sammons Suite, English Suite or Peters Suite, or gather with family and friends in the sitting room of the Poeschel Suite. For those who've had an exhilarating day on the Katy Trail, we have cozy rooms with beds and showers tucked under the attic gables. For time away from it all, chose one of our six larger rooms with full baths.
Area Attractions and Activities:
There's lots to do and see in Hermann, no matter the time of year. Hike or bike the Katy Trail. Tour award-winning wineries. Visit the county courthouse and view the picturesque murals painted by local artisans on the inside of the rotunda. There are three very talented artists on our
alley, Holleyhock Alley.
Tour the Historic District where there are 121 buildings registered on the National Historic Registry. Hermann has two interesting museums to visit plus antique and specialty shops.
