Built by the owner’s son, Brandon Kemplin, in 1996, Peralynna stands as a local landmark, overlooking the gently rolling hills of Clark’s Elioak Farm in Columbia, Maryland. Peralynna has the appeal of a country manor, conveniently located within easy reach of the major cities of Baltimore and Washington DC. Annapolis, Maryland’s State Capital, situated on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay, is just a 40 minute drive from Columbia.

From the soaring 4 story Great Room to the warmth and serenity of the brand new Dream Spa Suites and Villas, this Boutique-style Inn offers something special in accommodations and amenities for Upscale Corporate, B&B and Leisure Travelers. Peralynna captures the true essence of style and luxury in the unique architecture, friendliest staff and all the little extras we do to make your stay relaxing and memorable.

With its convenient location in Columbia, Maryland, Peralynna Manor is only 20-30 minutes from Baltimore, Washington, DC and Annapolis.

Peralynna is located two miles from downtown Columbia, and is situated across the street from an 1100-acre farm, providing spectacular views of the countryside in both winter and summer.

The home is within a mile of two large parks (one with a lake and jogging trail), two golf courses, and a full service health club with an indoor pool.
