Bed and Breakfast Description

Only 2 hours from Manhattan; an easy drive through pure country. Turn in through open white gates and head down the driveway to secluded cottages behind specimen trees and shrubs.

All the ingredients for a romantic breakfast are provided in the refrigerator or larder of each cottage, Breakfast choices including fruit salad, eggs, bacon, muffins,juice,milk and cereals are provided in all the cottages.

There is a terrace with umbrellas and loungers, with a heated exercise pool for all the guests in summer. A hike through the wooded hillside of the property, fly fishing on the stream below the house or just relaxing in a Jacuzzi are all popular options.

The Cedar Cottage ( Russia) has two bedrooms, each with a shower or bath. It can be divided in two each with a living room, one with two sofa beds and kitchenette, accommodating up to six people. A Jacuzzi sits between the decks in front. The enclosed garden ( no dogs can escape) has a BBQ grill.

"India","Britannia","Africa" and "China" are four luxuriously furnished romantic cottages with whirlpool or jacuzzi baths, fireplaces and cooking facilities which are ideal "getaways" for a couple. The Cottages look identical from the outside, and have the same amenities but their ethnic decor is quite different to suit all tastes.

Pets are always welcome!

Most Popular Rooms:

"India" cottage has an Asian atmosphere with pale gold walls which match the comforter on the Queen size bed. Ornaments, lamps and pictures reflect the mysterious feeling of being thousands of miles away on a romantic trip. Every amenity is provided.

"Africa" Cottage and "China" are the newest and slightly larger with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. They also have King beds + an "ottoman" fold-up bed. Their TVs are flat screen. It is possible to park alongside "China". They have a hot-tub,BBQ& pool nearb
