Bed and Breakfast Description

We opened The Inn at Union Square with a simple idea: at your favorite hotel, you feel like you're coming home to warm, comfortable surroundings and friendly staff who greet you by name. Since there are only 30 rooms, each set off the street, you'll find peace and quiet. Each floor has an intimate lobby and fireplace where guests enjoy an extensive continental breakfast and wine and hors d'oeuvres in the evening.

What does The Inn at Union Square do better than any other hotel? We steadily attend to all of your needs in a relaxed atmosphere. We know you need a nice umbrella when it rains, an idea for a cozy and affordable restaurant, a glass of wine before the fire. No problem. It's a pleasure to serve you. Complimentary health club passes, neck and shoulder massages, morning newspapers, and shoe shines are some of the amenities. Umbrellas and robes are provided for your use.

In the early evening at The Inn, guests gather in the cozy fireplace lobby on each floor where we serve wine and hors d’oeuvres. After turndown, your bed beckons — we’ve fluffed the goosedown pillows, hung fresh towels, and left a bottle of spring water on your nightstand. In the morning, let the croissants from your complimentary continental breakfast flake all over the San Francisco Chronicle that is delivered to your door. Or find the San Francisco Chronicle and USA Today in our lobbies.The Inn is a completely non-smoking and no-tipping hotel. We look forward to your visit.
