Gettysburg, Pennsylvania bed and breakfast: Battlefield Bed & Breakfast
Battlefield Bed & Breakfast Inn is an 1809 Civil War farm on 30 acres of the Gettysburg Battlefield. You can choose romantic canopy beds, spacious suites, or suites with more than one bed that are perfect for friends and family.

We welcome all people and even welcome your family dog. We pride ourselves on sharing our Civil War home. You'll love it here!

We are unique in offering a hands on Civil War history program every morning. You will meet a costumed reenactor who will share fascinating stories and detailed information about the Battle of Gettysburg. We do a different program every day of your stay. You may fire muskets, handle artillery shells, sing Civil War songs, find out what the townsfolk did after the battle, or learn about Civil War medicine.

We provide a delicious home cooked breakfast everyday. In the afternoon our guests enjoy refreshing lemonade with home baked cookies.

Friday night's are a favorite for ghost stories. Learn about the spirits that haunt the inn or the stories of ghosts on the Battlefield. It's all storytelling....isn't it? Maybe you will come home with stories of your own to tell.

We have a petting zoo with sheep & goats. Chickens, horses, a pony, and a donkey can be visited through the fence.

You can row a boat on the pond and walk the nature trails. The tree swing is a popular spot for kids of all ages. Sip cool drinks on the deck while you watch herons, ducks, geese, deer, and fox in the fields and on the pond.
