Bed and Breakfast Description

Our guest rooms are Southwestern in style with hand made furniture made exclusively for the Inn. All lodging rooms have king or queen sized beds; the most comfortable beds we could find; 250 thread count sheets, and fine European down comforters. Our guest rooms all have private baths with fluffy towels and personal amenities. Some rooms have fireplaces, refrigerators, coffee makers, TVs, VCRs, DVD players, and jetted tubs. Room rates include a full, hot breakfast so good that the omelets have been featured in Gourmet Magazine. Upon check in you will be greeted with our afternoon sweets, tasty appetizers and complimentary soft drinks.

Breakfasts are a special time with different creations daily. Omelets of every variety and taste have become a signature specialty. An antique cast iron stove displays a bountiful selection of assorted juices, cereals, fruit, yogurts, and breakfast breads. A different morning entrée completes the daily menu.

In addition to our renowned omelets, such dishes may include Almond Crusted French Toast, Apple Spiced Pancakes with smoked chicken sausage, our traditional Eggs Benedict, or a Southwestern staple, Huevos Rancheros. The possibilities are endless.

Salsa del Salto is the perfect place to host your special event, from family reunions, executive retreats, and group events to your wedding day. We have many years experience in hosting groups from 25 to 250 guests. The grounds were made for it.
