We take pride in providing an atmosphere where guests feel at ease, yet pampered. We love knowing that our guests not only had a great time, but are looking forward to their next stay with us.

Lovely rooms furnished with antiques, with private baths; some with fireplace and/or jetted tub.

Your day will begin with a candlelight breakfast accompanied by soft-playing music in our quaint dining room. A full breakfast is served between 8 and 9:30 a.m. each morning.

There is open seating to give you the flexibility to join us at your own leisure.

If the outdoors is your passion, there are many hiking trails perfect for walks, hikes, x-country skiing, and snowshoeing. If you need adventure, canoe or kayak down the Farmington River, bike the many trails in the Farmington Valley, take a carriage or sleigh ride, ski at nearby slopes, and don't forget golfing. If you are interested in the arts, attend concerts and plays at the Bushnell Theater, Hartford Stage Company, and other nearby venues.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Dibble Room: This room envelops guests in warm hunter greens and royal blues with its queen size bed. A 19th century portrait hangs above a striking, working fireplace. Private bathroom has a relaxing jetted tub.

The English Rose Room: Spacious and antique-filled, with rich maroon hues and a private in-room bathroom. It sits on a very peaceful back corner of the house, with a view of the garden.
