Relax in expansive secluded gardens with a koi pond and hammock, watch the world go by in a porch swing, catch sight of bejeweled beauties in our native plant butterfly garden, or curl up by a fire with port and a good book — and don't forget the freshly baked cookies.

All rooms offer beautiful views of the Cascades or open onto a peaceful terraced rock garden. Guest rooms are quiet, comfortably appointed with en-suite bathrooms, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, bathrobes, hair dryers, reading lamps, telephones, televisions with DVDs. Wireless Internet connection is also available throughout the inn.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Ashland offers a number of venues for the performing arts -- the classics and avant garde, always innovative and compelling. Oregon Shakespeare Festival is the best known and the nation's oldest, largest regional theater -- plays run from late February through to early November.

Our guests enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, independently owned exquisite gift shops, bookstores, and art galleries. Lithia & North Mountain Parks offer places to bird, picnic, hike.

Some of the country's most breathtaking scenery and wonders are in Southern Oregon and we invite you to explore! Crater Lake National Park and Oregon Caves are each 2 hours away.

The Rogue Valley is a wonderful playground for the adventurous - fly fishing, rafting, hiking, skiing, golfing - all within easy distances by car.

Southern Oregon has as many as 25 small vineyards and 6 wineries with tasting rooms. The region is known for Merlots, Cabernets, Pinot Gris
