Barto, Pennsylvania bed and breakfast: Landhaven B&B
Five bedrooms decorated in fine antiques and comfy beds call to mind the eras of previous proprietors of the store. Attached to each bedroom is a newly designed modern bath with amenities only dreamed by past owners.

A full country breakfast is served in the dining room, renovated with shutters taken from the front of the General Stores. A TV, fax and telephones are available in the common seating area. A paperback lending library is available for Bed & Breakfast guests and Donna's full cookbook library is available for browsing.

Private parties are welcome, for bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, appetizer and wine parties, dessert bar parties. We can package a weekend for your group including a mini seminar on a wide variety of topics ranging from art conservation, faux painting motifs, crafting, local historic tours, food-related topics, paper-making, glass-blowing and many more. Let us work with you to create something unique!
Area Attractions and Activities:
Donna and Ed will help you create and design a special weekend or vacation for you and friends or family. Landhaven is a perfect site for groups to gather and celebrate friendship or camaraderie. Each of the five rooms will accommodate two adults and a wide variety of additional services are available: on-call massage therapists, aromatherapy sessions, reflexology, wine tastings, antique and/or flea market shopping, evening bonfires, specialty dinners catered in, skin facials and treatments, spa treatments with the steam showers and Body Spa, blacksmith lessons, cooking lessons, hiking or biking trips, horseback riding, golfing, skiing, outlet shopping in Reading, and day trips to New York (theater matinees are on Wednesdays) are some of the possibilities.
