 From the minute you enter the magnificent wooden door to our boutique hotel Acacia Seaside Inn you’ll realize you’ve stumbled upon something special. The discreet granite-wall gives way to a lovingly restored Spanish villa dating back to the roaring 20s. Of course much has changed on the Condado strip since then, but we pride ourselves on creating an oasis from city life, giving our guests the best of both worlds. What has remained of that era is an atmosphere of casual elegance and a relaxing environment for business or pleasure. The entrance hall and lobby are decorated with an ensemble of comfortable leather sofas and a display of seasonal tropical flowers leading off to a marvelous bar-like reception. A walkway leads to the marvelous restaurant beneath the Jacuzzi where you can relax each morning to the view of the blue waters of the beach. Days may be spent relaxing around our top floor terrace, or head down to famous Condado beach – literally just steps away – the finest stretch of sand in San Juan. The historic quarter of Old San Juan with its colonial facades and narrow, meandering streets is just a short drive away, while the metropolitan areas of Isla Verde and Condado provide all the temptations of city life.
