Located between the spectacular Cliff Walk at Newport Beach and downtown Newport. Built in 1900 and beautifully restored in 2003, our B&B is surrounded by an elegant, wrought-iron fence reminiscent of the opulent Newport, Rhode Island, mansions.

The Belle View Inn offers two-room suites that are nicely appointed and spacious. We also serve a complimentary Continental breakfast and offer off-street parking and access to a garden deck, all within a secure and private setting.

Spacious and romantic 2-room suites with a view of the Tennis Hall of Fame grass courts. Featuring Queen four poster bed in the bedroom and elegant furnishings.
