Located in the scenic Pioneer Valley, minutes west of Northampton Massachusetts. The village of Haydenville is at the foot of the Hampshire Hilltowns; gateway to the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. Penrose Bed & Breakfast Inn is known for Victorian elegance, and was selected for a national Christmas television special with the Mark Twain House. Locals refer to the Inn as "The Painted Lady".

Most Popular Rooms:

The Painted Lady: The bed is queen-size and has an Amish quilt. The bath for this room speaks of Victorian times with a brass clawfoot bathtub, as well as a separate shower stall, tank top toilet, tile floor and antiques.

The Eleanor Purrington Room: Large, ornate windows featuring a bay window with a window seat. Decorated in the Victorian theme with many antiques. The queen size bed is covered by an Amish quilt. Ornamental fireplace and a giant old Christmas cactus.
