Whitney's Inn has been welcoming families and couples since the 1840s. With its charming guest rooms, excellent dining, two pubs and neighbor Black Mountain it is the perfect place for a getaway.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Whitney’s Inn has five distinctive guestroom styles to meet our guests’ every need. Sixteen of our twenty-six rooms are located within the main inn. We also have eight two-rooms suites at Liftline Lodge next to Black Mountain and two two-bedroom cottages. Our Standard room offers a cozy Queen bed at an extremely reasonable rate. The Classic room provides a Queen bed and small seating area and is slightly roomier than our Standard room. Some of these two style guestrooms also have multiple beds or twins to accommodate families. Our Luxury rooms in the South Wing all have King size beds and extremely spacious seating areas.
The Luxury rooms, suites, and cottages contain new 26” flat screen HDTV players. All rooms have private bathrooms, cable television, DVD players, CD alarm clocks, and wireless Internet. We also have four pet-friendly suites so Fido can enjoy that family vacation with his best friends!

For over 50 years, The Whitney has prepared dishes to suit the tastes of thousands of guests. Breakfast is available each morning to guests of the inn.
Breakfast at The Whitney features such treats as double-thick French toast and plain or blueberry buttermilk pancakes made with the inn's own secret batter.

The Jackson NH Village offers the quintessential, charming, New England experience that travelers seek. There are several fine restaurants and shops within walking distance of the inn.

Jackson and the classic White Mountain villages of Bartlett, Glen, Intervale, and North Conway have been a favorite destination for winter and summer visitors for over 200 years.

Several golf courses, hiking, biking, and fly fishing are all a stone's throw away. Mount Washington is 15 minutes from the inn and North Conway shopping is only a 10 minute drive. Come summertime, families can enjoy the popular amusement park, Storyland, just three miles from the inn.

Whitney's Inn has two 2-bedroom cottages providing a great option for two couples or a family. Both have a cozy living room with a fireplace and have been completely remodeled with new paint, carpeting, and furniture.
