 American Guest House bed and breakfast inn is located perpendicular across from the Washington Hilton in one of DC's most vibrants neighborhoods. Beautifully renovated in 2004, this B&B boutique hotel offers many guest rooms with private baths and free wireless Internet access throughout the house. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and do their best to serve you. We serve a delicious healthy breakfast that includes a fresh fruit salad, your choice of omelets and more. Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 AM-9:30 AM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM-10:00 AM Saturday, Sundays & Holidays. The American Guest House lodging facility is located in the west end part of Washington DC. We are proud to assure all of our guests a smoke free environment. Wireless internet is available throughout the house at no charge. There is also a computer available to our registered guests in the living room. Both services are free while you are our guests. Due to demand, registered guests only please. There is off street parking available only one block away. Cost ranges from $15 to $30 per night. Need some help with those dirty clothes? We'll pick them up, wash them, dry them and fold them for a low fee of only ten dollars a load. We also have sister properties; The Alexandria House and The Arlington House! Area Attractions and Activities: American Guest house is across from the Washington Hilton, 10 minutes walk to Dupont Circle Metro Station and only thirteen blocks from the White House and monuments and within walking distance to Omni Shoreham Hotel, Wardman Park Marriot, Embassy Row, Adams Morgan and very convenient to the Woodley Park Zoo and the Washington Convention Center.
