Bed and Breakfast Description

Our New England style cottage was completed in the fall of 2003. Enjoy the convenience of being in the center of Holmes County's most popular town, Berlin.

Four private guest cottages, each with its own 2-person Jacuzzi, fireplaces, kitchenette and A/C. Continental breakfast included with each night's stay: granola cereals, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, and pastries

Lofty Spaces: Like no other cottage in Berlin. It is great for a family or two couples, with its spacious room and two separate bedrooms. Create the perfect atmosphere for that special getaway for two to enjoy the two-person Jacuzzi.

Cozy Space cottage #2: Our one bedroom guestroom offers a cozy setting, with a full bath, kitchenette, Jacuzzi, cable TV, A/C. Our Lavender and Nautical Cottages make a special occasion even more special. Try our "I love you" package with your stay.

Reservation Notes:

Graystone cottage is a non smoking facility and for the comfort of our guest we do not except pets. If you are making a reservation we require that all rooms be reserved with a credit card. We do accept walk ins. If you do need to cancel a reservation we require a 7 day notice and if the cancellation is not received prior to 7 days the card being held will be charged.
