Lovely perennial gardens, ancient stone walls and towering evergreens surround the estate, which is in the heart of Spencer's Historic District. Original wide-board pine floors, chair rails and crown moldings have been lovingly restored to their original beauty. Awaken to elegant gourmet breakfasts served on fine china in front of the beehive fireplace, in the charming dining room. Enjoy freshly brewed Colombian coffee, gourmet teas, juices, fresh fruit. All our baked goods are fresh from The Red Maple Inn's kitchen. Specialties are: Eggs Benedict, Omelets with Pepper Brie & Wild Mushrooms, Creme Fraiche and Caviar, Sausage and Cheddar, and other scrumptious combinations. We can also accommodate Atkins, Weight Watchers and low fat healthy choices. Wednesday nights we feature "Dinner & A Movie," 3 course gourmet dinner with introduction of a classic film chosen by AIF member, John Bills $25 pp and a 10% discount if you choose to stay the night.
