Bed and Breakfast Description

Every morning, guests convene in the dining room to enjoy a gourmet, two course breakfast, starting with fresh fruit, homemade muffins/bread and juice. The breakfast changes every day and includes a combination of waffles, French toast or crępes, bacon, sausage, and an egg entree. Oftentimes sweet rolls, biscuits and gravy are on the menu. Everything is prepared from scratch and served on antique china and silver.

Thoughtful amenities such as fresh flowers, home-baked snacks in the afternoon and complimentary beverages add to our guests’ pleasure. Each guest room & suite is beautifully appointed and has a CD player, color television and a DVD player with cable and premium channels available. Magnolia House Bed and Breakfast soaps, shampoos, hair dryers, irons and luxury spa robes are graciously provided. A library of CDs, movies and books is also provided for your enjoyment. For those who need to stay connected, complimentary wireless, hi-speed Internet access is available. Central heat and air throughout the house.

Our guests are invited to relax on the custom designed stone patio, which surrounds the beautiful Koi pond and waterfall. Unwind with a glass of wine or a cup of tea on one of the covered, wicker furnished porches.

The owners, Claude and Lisa Saunders, live on site and will provide you with exceptional service. They are happy to help you plan your getaway and will make dinner reservations, spa appointments, winery recommendations and more.

Magnolia Suite: Romantic, comfortable elegance. Queen size bed set in a stenciled alcove and a large comfortable living area with fireplace, oak floor with Persian rugs.

Bluebonnet Suite: A two-room suite with a private entrance. The living room has a fireplace and a kitchenette. The mahogany king size bed, private bath with shower and antique footed tub makes this suite truly comfortable.
