Our Historic Victorian "Home of Hospitality with Quiet Elegance" located in the heart of the historic district is furnished with family heirlooms & antiques. The wrap-around front Veranda faces South West into the prevailing summer breeze.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Totally restored, this turn of the century home is now a Bed & Biscuit. We call Captains' Quarters a "bed & biscuit" because we feature Ms. Ruby's famous "Riz" biscuits in our full European breakfast.

Our home is in a quiet location, in the heart of the historical district, one block away from waterfront shops and restaurants. From the Chadwick whaler to the Collins aviator, 315 Ann St. has been the Captains' Quarters.

"Toast the Sunset": It's traditional at our home, to share the veranda and sea breeze, or the parlor fireplace, to celebrate with complimentary beverages and fresh fruit juices.

Three individually decorated bedrooms with private baths, provide total comfort and Victorian enchantment in our home of "Hospitality with Quiet Elegance".

Our inn is equipped with special sound barrier storm windows, whisper quiet central air conditioning systems, ceiling fans, and smoke detectors for your complete comfort and safety.
