All guests are requested to call ahead to make arrangements for arrival times.

Reservation Notes:

We require a deposit of 50% of the total billing charge of your reservation. We charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total charge if 7 or more days notice is given. Full payment is required for cancellations with less than 7 days notice. If we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period you originally requested, we will refund the remaining balance (less cancellation fee). You may check in to your room after 2:00 p.m. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m.
