Bed and Breakfast Description

Our mission: to provide a warm & inviting wayside stop for travelers & guests in a life sometimes too busy and demanding to allow time for such pleasures, and to offer friendly hospitality & delicious dining in elegant & comfortable surroundings.

A full breakfast is included with every stay at the Claremont Inn! Breakfast is served in the Hearth Room between 7 and 9 AM, Monday thru Friday and between 8 and 10 AM on Saturday & Sunday.

In the fall and winter, dinner is served up for you in the Wine Cellar at romantic candlelit tables. The menu for these dinners includes a salad, one of our Claremont Inn specialty desserts and a bottle of wine.

The Claremont Inn is an excellent location for special occasion entertaining. Whatever your needs give us a call to let us help you plan your next function!

Some of the most fun that our guests have at the Claremont Inn happens when families or groups rent the entire place for a get together. The privacy and intimacy of having the whole inn creates a memorable experience.

Whatever the Special Event you are planning the Claremont Inn offers the ideal location to insure a memorable event. We specialize in small, intimate gatherings from two to eighty. (If you are planning a larger event call us anyway - we have a new Community Building across the street and we can help you plan even larger celebrations.)

Area Attractions and Activities:

Among the rolling wheat and irrigated corn fields of Eastern Colorado lies the community of Stratton. Located 150 miles east of Denver along I-70, Stratton is primarily a farming and ranching community rich in pride and progress.

There are unlimited recreational diversions in the community including swimming, tennis, golf, softball, and summer recreation programs for the kids.

Fishing, boating and skiing are less than an hour's drive from Stratton. The Stratton area is renowned throughout the state for its excellent hunting of deer, antelope and pheasants.
