Bed and Breakfast Description

Let us make you feel at home Hawaiian style on the Island of Hawai'i. Puako B&B is a newly remodeled Kama'aina home (island beach home) located in Puako on the sunny Kohala coast. With four, well-appointed guest suites including King & Queen sized beds with private baths and Jacuzzi's (both private and shared) and separate guest entrances. Puako's 200 Kama'aina (local residents) live in one of the oldest historic beach communities remaining in Hawai'i today.

Your host, Punahele Andrade, invites you to experience Hawai'i and its many diverse cultures, rich history and scenic beauty.
Born on the Island of Hawai'i and raised in Puako and Honoka'a, Hawai'i, Punahele has a great sense of place and respect for the land and sea that never allows him to take his island home for granted.

Punahele has shared his home, its beauty, history, flora and fauna with visitors from all over the world and he believes that the greatest thing in life is the spirit of aloha.
