Bed and Breakfast Description

The Cliveden is a late nineteenth century Victorian cottage, completely restored, with both Italinate Villa and Gothic cottage elements.

The high pitched gable facing the street, the quatre-foil vergeboard decoration, the porch brackets and the dormer trim as well as the porch eaves contribute to its gothic character. The paired consoles at the roof eaves and the heavy cornice are Italinate elements. Ten guestrooms with private baths and A/C.

Also available, a lovely Victorian House c.1862 with a large wraparound porch. Seven bedrooms, A/C and private parking. Located in the historic district, one block from the Cliveden Inn.

Weekly, seasonal rentals. Weekends off season. Courtyard for dining. Sand chairs and towels for the beach.
