Bed and Breakfast Description

The Inn at the Bryant House has been completely restored to its original southern splendor. With all the charm and style of the old days, the Inn offers the conveniences of modern day living. Bright and cheerful colors flow through the entire house to bring the quality and tranquility of outdoors to the inside.

The spacious sitting, dining, and living rooms open to one another for easy access. The friendly relaxed atmosphere is evident throughout. There are nine charmingly decorated guest rooms (eight with private baths) and a large wrap-around porch for daydreaming and relaxing.

Our guests can enjoy a lavish breakfast each morning. The breakfast includes fresh baked muffins and scones, homemade jellies, jams, preserves and honey butter. A selection of fresh seasonal fruits, and different hot entrées. Coffee, tea and juice is included. Breakfast is served in the Garden Room between 8:00 and 9:30 each morning. Special arrangements and times for breakfast can be made with advance notice.

The Inn's comfortable and private atmosphere creates a perfect setting for small business meetings, weddings or other groups. With advance notice, lunches and dinners can be served and participants have uninterrupted use of the sitting, dining and living rooms. The same accommodations are available for wedding parties, family gatherings, club activities, and weekend retreats. Private luncheons, dinner parties, and receptions can be arranged upon request. Antique quilts, soaps, hand lotions.

Expanded by Julia Thaggard Bryant in 1913 from a turn-of-the-century home into a "guest house," the Inn at the Bryant House is located in the downtown historic district of Aberdeen, in the Sandhills of North Carolina. This totally renovated Inn welcomes you to the Pinehurst area, known for its quiet rolling hills and more than 40 championship-quality golf courses within 10 miles.

In addition to championship golf, this area's quaint villages and towns offer a host of fine restaurants and shops, including some of the most affordably priced antiques in the South. Historical sites, nature preserves, cultural events, horse shows and polo are among the many attractions and activities found in the area. Frequent professional golf events are scheduled at area courses. The racetrack at Rockingham hosts dozens of national events. These all make the Inn at the Bryant House a perfect central location for a Sandhills vacation.
