 Staying at Hale Pohaku is like spending your vacation in your own private vacation compound. Within our half-acre complex are two fully restored 2 bedroom/1 bath historic plantation cottages, a third larger cottage, and our 5-bedroom/3 bath historic plantation Manager's House. With a private swimming pool just for our guests, lush tropical landscaping and large grassy yard, the cottages and Manager's Home can be rented either individually, or all together. Wedding parties and family reunions love us because individual families have their privacy, but our large yard is great for wedding ceremonies, and large family gatherings. Each of our units is designed to give you the ultimate in home-away-from-home comfort. The kitchens all include full-sized appliances (including dishwashers), plus just about every small appliance we can think of. Each property also has its own washer and dryer. Wireless broadband internet is available at no additional charge Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the middle of the Poipu Beach resort area, Hale Pohaku is a perfect holiday choice for honeymooners looking for the ultimate in privacy, families with children searching for the ultimate in safety, comfort and convenience, and even large family reunions and weddings. The whole complex of four cottages can be rented to accommodate up to 26 people with a minimum 2 nights stay. Services: Pool, boogie boards, beach chairs, weddings, full kitchens, washer and dryer, cribs, high chairs Most Popular Rooms: The Jungle Cottage features leopard prints, the Orchid Cottage is decorated in soft greens and yellows, and the Beach Rose Cottage has a queen canopy bed. The Manager's House features queen pineapple beds and decor reminiscent of the 1940s and 1950s.
