The Manatee Pocket Inn is located in the historic fishing village of Port Salerno, Martin County, Florida. The inn offers 5 guest rooms, each uniquely decorated, and all with private baths.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The Manatee Pocket Inn provides a casual, "laid-back" and intimate atmosphere typical of inns found in the Florida Keys. Each room features a private bath, paddle fans and television.

An expanded continental breakfast is served each morning and consists of flavored coffees, fresh juice, a variety of muffins and baked goods, various breads, fresh fruit and cereal. Coffee and iced tea are served throughout the day.

Relax in the splendor of the sun deck and spa or on one of the patio areas surrounded by lush, tropical foliage.

Ideal for accommodating guests visiting the Port Salerno Civic Center located directly across the street from inn.

For those who are of an adventurous nature, take a five-minute walk to the marina where several commercial and charter fishing, diving and sight-seeing boats are readily available.

Several signature golf courses are located within a 10-15 minute drive of the Inn, and the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean are only 15 minutes away.

Casual and fine dining are located within minutes of the Inn. Simply take a relaxing stroll along the boardwalk to several restaurants serving fresh fish, poultry and steak along with a variety of refreshing beverages and libations.

Shopping and browsing are available in several of the quaint shops located in Stuart which is approximately 10 minutes away, or in several malls all located within a 15-20 minute drive from the Inn.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Boating and fishing are definitely among the greatest of our attractions. There are many fishing competitions, as well as fishing tours and marinas close by. There is a boardwalk across the street with a boat launching area and it is a short walk to several restaurants on the water. We are a short drive to the beach, as well as several signature golf courses. Stuart is a 10-minute drive away and boasts many lovely shops, restaurants and a small live theater. Stuart also has a huge flea market that is open each week-end. Jonathon Dickinson State Park is only a 20-minute drive and offers canoeing, hiking, camping, fishing and swamp boat tours.
