Bed and Breakfast Description

The Aloha spirit will fill your Big Island vacation at our plantation style B&B, set on a lush tropical gated 1.4 acre estate. Our private park-like setting is only 10 minutes from Kailua-Kona, shopping, beaches & restaurants.

A serene, zen-like feel surrounds you in an old-growth garden, relax, rejuvenate your senses, and feel at one with nature. Lounge on the expansive lanai deck or partial oceanview sundeck, enjoy the garden jacuzzi under the Kona stars, and the very comfortable temperatures at the 1000' elevation.

Our unique B&B offers 4 rooms, each with ensuite bathroom and luxury linens: a roomy bungalow with kitchenette (great for extended stays), 2 spacious tree-top bedrooms with sundeck, & a large master suite with deck area. A tropical breakfast with local fruits, along with fresh Kona coffee & tea is included.
Gas BBQ is available to guests. Adult guests preferred, no children under 12 years please.

Built around an open-air atrium koi pond, the main floor has a large open living room perfect for small conferences, and a kitchen. An expansive lanai deck area offers separate dining, sitting and bar areas for outdoor enjoyment with a panoramic view of the lush grounds and sunsets. Media room includes digital sound surround, DVD library & comfy seating.

Nigori Suite. An oversized elegant room with 4 poster Cal King bed, Asian inspired furnishings & accessories. All round garden views with west facing sliding glass doors fronting a spacious deck with chaise lounges. Large sunken bath & shower.
