Bed and Breakfast Description

Friendly, unhurried atmosphere, same ownership since 1979. Seven guest rooms with private baths and antiques.

Wonderful restaurant serving exquisite gourmet cuisine. Candlelit dinners, vegetarian and international food made from fresh local ingredients.

The Octagon is a two-bedroom two-bathroom fully furnished and equipped rental house on our property ideal for a family.

We are centrally located in the Green Mountains. Most of Vermont can be explored within an hour's drive in every direction.

Most Popular Rooms:

Wedding Ring Room: Named for the double wedding ring quilt that adorns the antique rock maple queen size bed. The dormer window is framed by a colonial pineapple stencil. Country pine furniture.

The Jack Dana Room: A sunny room with a queen size brass bed, wide pine board floors, and a beautiful view of the Green Mountains. The private bath has a bathtub and shower.
