 One mile from Calistoga, in the heart of the Napa and Sonoma Valley`s Wine Country you will find Meadowlark. Elegant and relaxed with amenities of a luxury destination and ambiance of a Napa Valley retreat. Some rooms at Meadowlark have 4 poster beds, others are suites with large sitting rooms. Most rooms have French doors opening to private decks or flagstone terraces with panoramic views. Luxurious marble-tiled bathrooms with generous whirlpool therapy tubs for two are in each room. Some Rooms have Fireplaces.In-house massages available by appointment. Meadowlark offers a clothing optional naturist pool, spacious sun deck areas, privacy, hot tub and large sauna. There are also 2 private Guest houses which have hi-tech kitchens, granite counter tops, spacious comfortable living-dining areas, cozy fireplaces, and French doors opening to private decks. Young children are not recommended for safety and privacy reason. Well behaved Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Meadowlark's atmosphere is Hetero, Gay and Naturist friendly. A full, gourmet breakfast is served, and can be enjoyed at the dining-room table, the adjacent veranda, in the room or any where else the guest prefer. Area Attractions and Activities: Visit 400 wineries located in the beautiful wine country, 10 minutes to 30 minutes from Meadowlark. Some have Tours,others have restaurants or picnic areas for lunches. Visit Safari West a 400 acre wildlife preserve. Guest combine a walk around through there wildlife compound, and Jeep tour of other African animals roaming the 400 Acres foothills. Old Faithful Geyser of California one of the few geysers in the world that erupts at regular intervals every 40 minutes, on the average. Hike through the Petrified Forest of six million year old redwoods. Hike in the Palisades Mountain 10 Minutes from Meadowlark to Mt.St.Helena. Golf at one of many excellent courses in the area, bike ride, have a picnic. Enjoy the Clothing Optional sunbathing at the Naturist pool at Meadowlark.
