Modern conveniences such as private bathrooms, televisions, two-line room phones, and a 5 story elevator. There are spacious rooms, king and queen size beds, an eclectic mix of antiques and family heirlooms. There are comfortable common rooms such as living room and library.

The New School Culinary Arts Program holds its cooking and baking classes here,with freshly baked muffins and bagels each morning for our guests. Guests can enroll in courses and includes enjoying the dinner cooked..with wine. Also, guided visits to top NYC restaurants. Online enrollment from our website.

Breakfast includes fresh fruit salad, granola, yogurt,cereals,hard-boiled egg,orange juice. We procure our coffee from Porto Rico Importing Co., which provides us with a special Nairobi blend. Our teas are provided by Harney and Sons and include a myriad of choices.

There is an honor bar with choice liquor, beer, wine and soda, open 24 hours. A full-size guest refrigerator with ice in the freezer, a microwave oven and water cooler are also available.

    Since the location is in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, all attractions are readily available either by walking or public transportation. These include museums, theaters, amazing shopping, contemporary art galleries, restaurants, parks, historical landmarks, and Chelsea Piers. So close to the Flatiron District, Union Square, Greenwich Village, the Meatpacking District and Tribeca. Coming in 2008, the High Line Park. The beautiful Greenway Path and restored piers along the Hudson River affords bicycling, hiking, sunbathing, enjoying outdoor summer concerts.
