Manzanita is a quiet getaway and a quaint alternative to the tourist towns farther North. The weather is just a little nicer here and we often are bathed in a bit of sunshine, while they sit in fog or mist. The Natives reportedly called this location *hole in the sky*. Located a block from the sea, Spindrift Inn offers you a retreat at a slower pace. Bask in the sunshine and refreshing ocean breeze. Renew yourself with the serene pace of life at the Beach.Depending on the Season there are art fairs, farmer's markets, surfing and kayaking, bird watching, whale watching, fishing and storm watching. Always there is browsing the six mile beach from State Park to State Park. We provide guests a list of hiking trails you will enjoy.Each room is a little different, cozy and individually decorated. Some have kitchenettes (2 burners, refrigerator and sink); one a full kitchen. Others have microwaves and coffeemakers.Inquire about our vacation rental.

Spindrift Inn is a block from the beach, in the quaint seaside town of Manzanita. One of the few towns along the Oregon Coast which is not located directly along Highway 101, Manzanita features a beautiful beach framed by views of Neahkahnie Mountain; the perfect spot for lazing away an afternoon listening to the sounds of the surf, hiking, bicycling, or enjoying a leisurely walk. Nearby Nehalem Bay and River is a haven for kayakers and fishing afficionados. Downtown Manzanita offers a stroller's paradise of interesting shops and restaurants, nestled amidst cozy and quiet neighborhoods.
